• We do not collect financial or payment information directly — all purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.

3. AI Content Processing

WallAI uses artificial intelligence to generate wallpaper images. When you submit a text prompt, affirmation, or intention, the following processing occurs:

• Prompt Transmission: Your text input is sent to third-party AI image generation services (such as fal.ai) to create your wallpaper. Only the text prompt and image generation parameters are transmitted — no personal identifying information (name, email, device ID) is included in AI requests.
• Prompt Storage: We may store your prompts on our servers to enable you to view your generation history and improve our service. Prompts are associated with your account but are not shared with other users.
• Generated Images: The resulting AI-generated images are stored on our servers (Cloudflare R2) and delivered to your device. Images may be retained for as long as your account is active.
• No Training: Your prompts and generated images are not used to train or fine-tune AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following categories of third-party services:

• AI Image Generation (fal.ai): Processes text prompts to generate wallpaper images. Subject to their own privacy policy.
• Cloud Infrastructure (Cloudflare): Hosting, content delivery, data storage (Workers, R2, D1). Data may be processed in multiple regions.
• Analytics: We may use anonymized, aggregated analytics to understand usage patterns and improve the App. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.
• Apple App Store: Handles all payment processing, subscription management, and app distribution.

Each third-party provider is bound by their own privacy policies and is required to protect your data in accordance with applicable law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the services you requested, or for other legitimate purposes such as complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Generated wallpaper images may be stored on our servers for a reasonable period to enable you to access them within the App.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
