How do I generate a wallpaper?
Open the app, enter your affirmation or intention, choose a style, and tap Generate. Your personalized wallpaper will be ready in seconds.
Can I use generated wallpapers for personal projects?
Yes, you are free to use any wallpapers generated through the App on your personal devices. Commercial use requires prior written consent — please contact us for licensing inquiries.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find WallAI Wallpapers, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the WallAI purchase, and submit a refund request.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account directly in the App by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. If you can't access the App, email support@usewallai.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
The app is crashing or not loading wallpapers. What should I do?
Try the following: ensure you have a stable internet connection, update the app to the latest version, and restart your device. If the issue persists, contact us at support@usewallai.com with your device model and iOS version.
Is WallAI available on Android?
Not yet, but we're working on it. Android support is coming soon. Stay tuned for updates.
Account Deletion
In compliance with Apple's App Store guidelines, you can delete your account and all associated data directly within the App. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions. This will permanently remove your account, generated wallpapers, preferences, and any personal data from our servers.
If you are unable to access the App or encounter issues with in-app deletion, you may also request account deletion by emailing support@usewallai.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any active subscriptions must be canceled separately through your device's App Store settings before deleting your account.
